Abstract
In a feature interview on his views on inclusivity in Singapore, SMU Behavioural Sciences Institute Director Professor David Chan commented that Singapore does well in inclusive growth and racial and religious harmony but poorly in local-foreigner relations. He suggested focusing on commonalities associated with social identities, shared values and core principles to address disagreements.
