Abstract
This study examines similarities and differences in factors influencing ERP systems implementation between a developing country, Thailand, and a developed country, USA. Two sites, one from each country, that match in terms of business size and industry type, were selected for this study . The preliminary results suggest that business process redesign (BPR) experience contributes positively to ERP implementation.
