Abstract

We developed and empirically tested a model of organizational learning that incorporates both structural and informal knowledge acquisition and dissemination activities, along with three predictors of these organizational learning processes. The hypothesized model did not satisfy the goodness-of-fit tests, but exploratory analysis refined two models for future testing.
