Abstract
Web-based Interactive Geriatrics Analytics System (WIGA) is an interactive visual analytics tool specially designed to enable doctors and healthcare professionals at the Department of Geriatric Medicine, Khoo Teck Puat Hospital, Singapore to visualize, track and explore the profile and event sequence of their patients. In this poster presentation, we discuss the design approach and principles of WIGA. We will also demonstrate how insights into the geospatial distribution of geriatrics patients, their demographics profile and their event sequences in the hospital have been discovered by using WIGA.
