Abstract
Based on the comprehensive analyses of algorithms such as the steepest descent algorithm (SDA), Chapmann-Kirk algorithm (CKA) and Marquardt algorithm (MA) used usually in data processing of ballistic range experiment, an improved Marquardt algorithm (IMA) has been developed, the accuracy of data processing has been improved and the computing time has been reduced. In addition, the genetic algorithm (GA) is introduced on the basis of IMA and a global optimal solution is presented.
