Abstract

Studies on insolvency law in Spain that analyze in depth and with rigor the economic aspects of insolvency institutions. The author argues that the current Spanish Insolvency Law suffers from a series of structural deficiencies that inexplicably make Spanish insolvency legislation anti-debtor and anti-creditor, with the consequent detriment to the growth and competitiveness of the economy.
