Abstract
Asthe Singapore national rapporteur for the congress of the InternationalAcademy of Comparative Law (held at Kyushu University in Fukuoka, Japan,in July 2018), I wrote the Singapore report on the topic of “Control of PriceRelated Terms in Standard Form Contracts”. The report (13,023 words, including footnotes) is due to be published as a chapter in a book in the Springer Ius Comparatum – Global Studies inComparative Law series.
