Abstract
The role of party autonomy is growing apace in the sphere of international commercial disputes. Choice of law rules for torts in Asian jurisdictions are highly diverse. This paper surveys a number of Asian legal systems to gauge and evaluate the progress of party of party autonomy in the choice of law for torts in the region.
