Abstract
Higher education has taken on a greater focus towards commercial possibilities, as the drive to convert research knowledge into money-making outputs intensifies. This has somewhat resulted in significant shifts in the way universities are run. Dr. Lee Chee Wee, founder of Lynk Group of companies, is one who can claim experience on both sides of the divide: the academia and business. He shared his views on how to draw the optimal from current systems and pressures at SMU’s Wee Kim Wee Centre.
