Abstract
Singapore Management University professor of organisational behavior Thomas Menkhoff conducts research on the role of knowledge management as a key enabler of economic and social development. Menkhoff talked to Knowledge@SMU about best practices and challenges associated with utilising knowledge as a factor of production, based on the experiences of Singapore and selected developing and emergent economies.
