Abstract
No longer the traditional company that commands mental images of the sweaty postman, his motorbike or sacks of undelivered mail – this is the goal set out by SingPost's Group CEO, whose vision of a corporate reinvention evokes metaphors of classical orchestra and medical surgery. And reinvented he has – with a slew of new service offerings. Through diversification, the nation's most established postal service provider is bracing itself for the day when snail mail becomes a thing of the past.
