Description
In a country where women make up slightly more than half the population and few are educated beyond Grade 2 or 4, going into the sex trade is often a reflection of a lack of choice for women who are looking to feed themselves and their loved ones. In this documentary, watch how a group of women put their heads and hearts together to set up a “by women, for women” programme that aims to empower Burmese women with skills and a hope for a more dignified livelihood.
