The conclusions and contributions of this study are as follows.

(1)Build impact of photovoltaic power generation project investment evaluation system, can comprehensively reflect more interests related subject of value, makes up for the traditional investment evaluation tend to focus on economic benefit analysis of the defects.

(2)The impact investment evaluation system of this study highlights the positive significance of photovoltaic power generation projects in environmental protection, poverty alleviation, and other aspects. It will guide more funds to be invested in sustainable development fields such as photovoltaic power generation, and promote the coordinated development of economy, society, and environment.

(3)Monetization of non-financial indicators was carried out. Through monetization conversion method, will be difficult to compare investigation but is very important to the project of visual performance, non-financial indicators to help decision makers to the non-financial indicators for comparison between different projects, provide more objective and accurate basis for decision-making and reference.

(4)For the impact of the general investment analysis framework is applied to specific industries provide demonstration and reference. This study will IWAF impact investment framework is applied to photovoltaic (pv) power generation project, build the evaluation system not only provides reference for the photovoltaic industry, also impact investment analysis framework for the general application to other specific industries provides a demonstration and reference.
