Abstract

The Chinese government has proposed to promote the high-end, intelligent and green development of manufacturing in the next step. The China Textile Industry Federation issued the “14th Five-Year Development Outline for the Textile Industry”, emphasizing accelerating the development of intelligent manufacturing system integrators in the textile field to achieve the transformation and upgrading of the industry. At present, the outstanding problems restricting the rapid development of intelligent manufacturing in China’s textile industry include: Imperfect evaluation indicators; The management system does not match; The reconstruction path is not clear.
This topic (1) constructs a big data policy co-word network through quantitative research of bibliometrics, clarifies the important dimensions of intelligent transformation under policy guidance, and summarizes five key transformation dimensions. (2) uses qualitative research methods such as interviews, this study analyzes the competitive advantages brought by intelligent transformation to cotton textile enterprises and the innovative measures taken by Weiqiao Textile in management. It summarizes the intelligent transformation path of Weiqiao Textile and promotes it to the textile industry as an “intelligent management system”. (3) by constructing quantitative research methods such as economic models, clarify the benefit evaluation system suitable for intelligent transformation. Using the entropy method to construct a comprehensive evaluation model, analyze the differences between the intelligent spinning factory of Weiqiao Textile and traditional factories in various indicators, analyze the competitive advantages brought by intelligent transformation to cotton spinning enterprises, and the development level of intelligent manufacturing of Weiqiao Textile; Quantitatively evaluate the benefits of intelligent transformation projects by calculating the return on investment (ROI), form an economic evaluation indicator system for intelligent transformation, and promote the “intelligent transformation mode” to the textile industry, providing prediction and guidance for intelligent transformation of other enterprises.
