Description
Dr. Vernon Totanes is Chair of the AUNILO Secretariat and Director of the Rizal Library, Ateneo de Manila University. He finished his PhD at University of Toronto, where he wrote his dissertation, entitled "History of the Filipino History Book," which won him the NCCA's Young Historian's Prize in 2015.
