Seven steps to achieve market entry based on lessons from recent market exits. New entrants need to tailor their trucks for India's geography, infrastructure, and conditions to improve acceptability and market share. Boost demand by building an export-driven business model in India to counter the threat from inadequate and stagnant domestic demand. Align service offerings with customer expectations to gain greater vehicle acceptability.
