Abstract
Tata Group’s quest for Open Innovation.
1. Open Innovation advocates collaborative relationships, emphasising a dual-flow approach that integrates the best ideas within and outside of a firm.
2. Tata Group’s implementation of the Open Innovation model has created a conducive environment for innovation, enabling cross-boundary idea exchanges and establishing strategic partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
3. ‘Seekers’ and ‘ideators’ build a community-driven Open Innovation model that sustains a supportive ecosystem and innovation across a decentralised conglomerate like Tata Group.
