Description
The Science & Technology Policy Research and Information Center (STPI) maintains the Consortium on Core Electronic Resources in Taiwan (CONCERT). STPI conducted a survey to understand the direction of academic libraries in Taiwan collection development and support of open access. The results of the survey were presented, identified the barriers to the OA movement and the opportunities for libraries to change.
