Welcome to the 3rd Singapore Open Research (SGOR) Conference, hosted by the Singapore Alliance of University Libraries (SAUL). Join us in Singapore from 4–5 November 2026 at the Nanyang Executive Centre, Nanyang Technological University, featuring a half-day pre-conference workshop and a full-day main conference.
Under the theme "AI and Open Research: Building Trust, Ensuring Security, Driving Impact," SGOR 2026 will bring together researchers, research managers, librarians, research service providers, policy makers, funders, publishers, and leaders to explore how artificial intelligence is shaping open research. The conference will examine important questions around trust, security, and impact, offering a platform to share insights, experiences, and best practices.
