Abstract
In light of a recent High Court case, which involved a tussle between the mother and the undisclosed wife of a deceased man who were both seeking to be appointed administrators of his estate, Assistant Professor Jack Lee highlights a gap in the law, that is: What happens to parents needing financial support who are left out of their children's wills?
