Abstract

The case note discusses economic torts in light of the House of Lords decision in OBG Limited v Allan and other actions (2007), with primary focus on the torts of unlawful interference and inducing breach of contract. Three main issues relating to economic torts (namely, the unified theory, the requirement of intention and the scope of unlawful means) are examined.
