Description
Covered the notion of open academic service and the signing of OA declaration and policy statements. The development of a grid of institutional repositories at CAS for China and supporting SCOAP3. CAS ha also started publishing OA journals. They conducted OA training and organized conferences. In the future they plan to develop more open academic services that meet the needs of CAS researchers and the public.
